Сергію, чи належним чином налаштувалася «Волинь» на такий принциповий матч?
– Ми налаштовувалися дуже серйозно, хотіли тільки виграти, тим більше після програного матчу у Кривому Розі. Вважаю, що сьогодні погано зіграли передусім в центрі полі, в центральній осі. Недопрацювали і в нападі. Тому «Карпати» й переграли нас цілком заслужено, на жаль.

Були моменти, коли володіли ініціативою «волиняни». Чого не вистачило?
– Контроль м’яча часом у нас виходив непогано, але не вистачало вправності в завершальній стадії. Ви ж бачите – доходимо до штрафної, а далі… Гол забити зараз дуже важко нашій команді…

Що сталося у випадку, коли забивався перший гол?
– Таке враження, ніби всі розступилися. Таке перше враження, треба буде ще кілька разів подивитися гру. Ніхто Лукаса не зустрів, а далі він все майстерно зробив. Там помилка всієї центральної зони.

У перерві що Анатолій Демяненко порадив?
– Сказав, щоб додали в агресії. Ніби в нас моментами і виходила гра, атаки доходили до воріт. Тренер сказав додати агресії та пресингувати суперника. Не вийшло установку тренерську виконати. Ніби й були моменти ,але не забили.

Те, що ми три матчі поспіль гратимемо на виїзді, вплине на фізичний стан гравців команди?
– Великої різниці немає. Слід вигравати в кожному матчі. Просто, можливо, втома прийде, зауважте, що вже кінець сезону. Я б ще додав такий чинник як холодна погода. Мінімально, але це також вносит корективи у гру всіх команд.
